It’s to provide participants with the knowledge and insight to make informed decisions when purchasing contemporary art. The aim is to help participants understand how to build and care for their art collection and improve their understanding of the art market.
SPEAKER BIO
Brett is an independent consultant and manager of private art collections based in South Africa, the US, and the UK. Through his consultancy, he aims to partner with local, national, and international institutions to bring visibility to creatives, artists, and art professionals from the Global South.
In his role as a collection manager, he works closely with several private collectors to help them navigate the international art market and build value for their collections.
